When engineers build with empathy, they ask three key questions:
- Who is my user?
(Example: Farmer, doctor, delivery pilot, or rescue worker) - What problem do they face?
(Example: Hard-to-reach areas, time delay, heavy lifting) - How can a drone help them?
(Example: Spraying crops, carrying medical kits, mapping disaster zones)
This process is called Human-Centered Design (HCD) — it ensures that the technology is useful, safe, and meaningful for real people.
“Empathy turns imagination into innovation.”
