C8: Drone Technology – Assembly Focus

Aim:

To compile and reflect on the student’s learning journey across all drone lessons.

Instructions:

Each student creates a Drone Innovation Journal that includes:

  1. Drone Diagrams & Assembly Notes

    • Sketch of assembled drone or simulation.

    • Labels for key parts (motors, propellers, sensors).

  2. Use-Case Design (from Lesson 5)

    • Sketch and description of a purpose-driven drone.

    • User problem + drone solution.

  3. Testing & Debugging Reflections (from Lessons 3–4)

    • What challenges occurred?

    • How were they fixed?

  4. Ethics Reflection (from Lesson 6)

    • What rules or values will you follow as a responsible drone user?

    • Personal “Drone Code of Ethics” (3–5 lines).

  5. Final Reflection:

    • “What did I learn about teamwork, innovation, and responsibility while building drones?”

Optional Additions:

  • Photos from drone-building activities.

  • Certificates or class participation awards.
